Here comes Santa Claus

Santa Claus will arrive at Christmas Town at Busch Gardens this month.

For the first time in the park’s 34-year history, visitors will experience all-new attractions, shows and shopping designed to help them foster the holiday spirit.

Those who attend can plan on experiencing a million twinkling lights, fresh holiday cooking, a spectacular 45-foot, light-animated Christmas tree and seasonal music.

Various countries throughout the park will be festooned with holiday decorations and offer fun way to experience Christmas.

New France - Evergreen forests with cabins and wildlife

France - Modern ice village, dazzling lights, glimmering ice and a chance to see live penguins.

Rhinefeld - North Pole decor with a whimsical elf village. Visit Santa!

Germany - German Christmas Market, “Rejoice” light show and “Deck the Halls in Festhaus.

Ireland - Townspeople of Killarney celebrate with music and fun surprises.

Scotland - Scottish countryside

England - Carolers, lovely decor and a new show in the Globe Theatre.

Christmas Town will be open 4-9 p.m., Fridays-Sunday, beginning Nov. 27. The park will open each evening Dec. 18-27, excluding Christmas Day.

Some sections of the park will remain closed for the season. Some rides and attractions are weather dependent.

Christmas Town admission tickets are available for $19.95. Guests with active Busch Gardens passes save 50% on Christmas Town tickets as well as free parking and in-park discounts.
